OK, can I just be honest and say that this 7 day keto menu plan thingy is a lot harder than I thought it would be???? (If you have no idea what I’m talking about, you can get caught up by reading the .) I’m sure it’s just my inexperience, and it will get easier after the learning curve, but keeping the carbs below 20g, making it budget friendly, not too much time spent cooking, finding ways to repurpose leftovers, etc. takes time!
