All Valley Home Health Care and Nursing was founded in 2002 by Brent Owens and Barbara Owens. Brent Owens started as a caregiver, serving as a companion for an elderly patient in the hospital, and quickly moved up to become a client care coordinator, and eventually, purchasing the company with help from his mother, Barbara and sister, Becky.
