  • When you register for Taskums we ask for your information.
  • Taskums uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.
  • Taskums collects general access information for site analytics and may use third party vendors for collection and analysis of that information.
  • You may choose to use our Connect feature which connects to and accesses your contacts from various sources. This information will be stored for your use only on our servers and only for the autosuggest feature while adding and editing tasks. In addition, only you will be able view these contacts until that contact is utilited for a task. At that point, all users in your account will be able to see the contact's email address.

COOKIES

  • A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.
  • Cookies are required to use the Taskums service.
  • We use cookies to record current session information and login information for ease of use of the site. It is up to you to logout when finished on the site if you wish to delete all cookies from your computer.

DATA STORAGE

Taskums uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Taskums. Although Taskums owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Taskums application, you retain all rights to your data.

DISCLOSURE

  • Taskums may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms and Conditions.

CHANGES

Taskums may periodically update this policy. We may, but are not required, to notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Taskums primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
