*NEW YORK – In the wake of a deadly police shooting in North Charleston, South Carolina that killed Walter Scott, the nation’s top civil rights leaders will hold a press conference Saturday, April 11 at 10:15 a.m. in New York City to announce a campaign to urge Senate leadership to immediately call for a vote to confirm Loretta Lynch as Attorney General.
